- when looking at my pay stub I seen that MAS kept out $1000.00 of my money for misc. reimbursement. Never mentioned any of reimbursement to me, no explanation just took the money and I am out 1000.00. RU
N and don't look back. Takes 4-5 days for anyone to ever call you back. Even when you call and leave a message, no one calls you back. I even had a "manager" hang up on me. Showed how much professionalism they really have. On assignment they never call and see how things are going. They simply DONT care. Even on the assignment during nurses week no one even sent 1 email out regarding nurses week. How low can a company get not even acknowledging their nurses on their work and their jobs for their company. They are making a lot of money off you and then just rob you by taking monies from your check, cause they can. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND the company to anyone. Will promise you everything and then take it away when you don't see it coming. Sad company to work for 08/07/2015

- I am grateful and have derived a lot of professional satisfaction on my travel assigment in VT which was facilitated by Bill. I have agreed to extend. I am happy with the pay rate, even though the rent is high in VT. (I understand that cost of living is out of MAS control). Working with Bill has made all the difference for me. He is professional, fun and a pleasure to know. I have not been disappointed with any of the "usual" pitfalls which so often can happen with other recruiters/ team managers/ agencies. He has been easy to talk to, genuinely helpful with a sincere caring about what he's doing and how he's doing it. I like that he is eager to invest in me for the long haul, recognizes and values my expertise. I am not just a number or a one hit wonder when we talk. I see him as person of integrity with a willingness to keep the bar raised high on client/nurse customer service. There are a lot of plates spinning when getting an assignment off the ground. Bill will move mountains to make things easier and keep things smooth. I can't speak to the other recruiters in the office as I have always worked with Bill. I hope to continue a mutally enjoyable affiliation and since I am currently having a positive experience, I am looking forward to my next assignment through him. Remember, just as in healthcare...Your care is only as good as the person delivering the care. So always do your due diligence. I like Bill's standards; I think he's doing things right. I think he represents me as well as his company amazingly well. 06/25/2015
- HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!! they have 4 recruiters and I'm sure they're probably working in a basement! EXCUSES EXCUSES EXCUSES!!! Their "top" recruiter (out of 4 recruiters) tells me she got arrested last Monday and that's why she didn't return my phone calls... ummm.... yeah! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! trust me you can find better! 06/09/2015
- recruiter hard to get ahold of. $ amt stated less than what you get. Unsupportive. Threaten with repercussion if you do not finish assign. maybe return calls 3-4 days later never no straight ans. took 3 payckecks to get reimburse for travel pay 06/02/2015
- DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If you do, get everything in writing! When you talk to them on the phone they will say you will get X amount of dollars and then when it comes time to sign your contract they will give you a much lower number. It took 6 times to get my contract right and over a week and a half of trying to get them to send it back to me corrected! The providers they use are horrible! They called me literally 8 times and told me I would be mailed my telemetry exam then I was told I would be emailed the exam then back to mailed and finally on the 8th time of going back and forth they told me I would have to go to the hospital to take the exam. I was told on a Friday at 5pm that I needed to go get blood work done and have 8 tests completed by Tuesday! Their housing department is a joke! I waited 2 weeks to speak with the housing lady who sent me ads from Craigslist... once I called the apartments on Craigslist not one of the 5 apartments she sent me would do a short term lease. And since it took her so long to get back to me with her horrible options I had to hurry and find something last minute which was very expensive. My recruiter would say she would have something done in 1 hour and get back to me and I wouldn't hear from her for at least a day if not more! If you can put up with all of that this company will pay a little more than everyone else. To me it's not worth it! I'm really not sure how this company is still functioning they obviously struggle a lot! 06/01/2015

- My very first experience ever, they saw me coming a mile away, they did not explain my contract, NOTHING, they explained el zippo, my recruiter has all but vanished from the face of the earth, I have hear the words "I'm so sorry its not usually like this" more than 15 times. my taxed rate was the most pathetic you can get, the LPNs at the facility Im working at make more than me a significant amount more and Im told there is nothing they can do about it, wont even tell me what my bill rate is close to, Im pretty sure they are pocketing a large amount of it the greedy bastards!! 01/22/2015
- Fantastic company, always get the highest pay rate from my recruiter, she's the top recruiter there and will bend over backwards for her nurses. Great company to work for! 01/15/2015
