- This company took forever to reimburse me for lab draws that they promised they would. I had to harass my recruiter to get this done before it was taken into collections. Recruiter never called to check on how things were going. I will never work with this agency again 06/30/2016
- I found Healthcare Pros off TravelNurseCentral in 2013; i don't have a lot to compare too as its my first agency, but service has been excellent. On my 3rd assignment i thought i had everything mastered until my airbnb fell through. I was able to call my recruiter on friday afternoon, last minute, and they setup a hotel for the following week for me within an hour. - This is my 1st assignment and HCP has done all they said they wld do. Communication is excellent and I have never had a problem reaching them or getting ph calls returned in a very timely manner!
